Notice of Confidentiality

The Ross Dulan Group and the client (herein) agrees to:

• Respect the confidentiality of conversations, information, etc. in connection with this agreement.

• Keep all information specific to coaching discussions with executive leaders strictly confidential.

• Not video or audio record any portion of the strategy session.

Reschedule or Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment otherwise you will forfeit your fee.

Grace Period

You may join your session up to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.  After 15 minutes, your session is considered cancelled and you will forfeit your fee.  No additional time will be added to your session to compensate for late start.
